Cream Cheese Frosting


300gcream cheese (or 1 8 oz package)
150gicing sugar (or 1 cup)
125mldouble or heavy cream (or 1/2 cup)

Whip cream cheese until smooth. Sift in sugar and beat together. Add cream and beat until done.

The cream makes this frosting remarkably light and smooth. Perfect with Velvet Spice Cake.
