Chocolate SaucesI expect this page will eventually be full of peoples' favorite variations on hot fudge sauce. Ice Cream Topping: Melt a handful of chocolate chips with a little heavy cream in the microwave, being careful not to let it burn. Stir and pour over ice cream while still hot. Add more heavy cream if it gets too hard.
