Bread Puddings
All the different kinds of bread pudding we like. Apparently adding coffee is a good idea!
- Bread and Butter Pudding. This is the bread pudding Signe grew up with. It's like bland French Toast sitting on top of custard.
- New Orleans Bread Pudding This is the bread pudding Bob and Mary had at Paul Prudhomme's restaurant in New Orleans. Karl has this for birthday cake.
- Bread Pudding Soufflé We had something like this at a fancy restaurant on Boxing Day one year, and two days later Karl made this. It was even better than the one we had at the restaurant.
