Bread and Butter PuddingComfort food; like french toast sitting on custard
Beat eggs with sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk. Soak bread in egg mixture in medium size casserole dish for roughly 30 minutes. Bake at 325°F for about an hour or until golden brown on top. Not sure about the quantity of bread in this recipe. It feels like it ought to have more bread. Experimentation required! |
