Yorkshire Pudding


1cupmilk
2eggs, beaten
1cupflour
1/4 tspsalt
1/4-1/3 cupoil

Beat eggs and milk together until well blended. Stir in flour and slat until evenly blended, but do not overbeat. Put a little over 1 tsp of oil in the bottom of each cup of a 12-muffin tin. Spoon several spoonfuls of batter into each cup, to about 1/2" deep. Bake at 450°F for about 30 minutes or until puffed and brown. Eat while hot!

Assume that each person will want at least two or three.
