Scotch Eggs


4hard-boiled eggs
1lbsausage meat
1/2cupbreadcrumbs or cornmeal
1beaten raw egg
 spices to taste

Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix spices into sausage meat, and form into four separate patties.

Wrap sausage patties around eggs, dip in raw egg, roll in breadcrumbs, and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until sausage is no longer pink in the middle (usually about 35 minutes).
