Mexican Wedding CakesFancy shortbread cookies from Rosie
Cream butter. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Roll into small balls (roughly 1" in diameter) and place on greased cookie sheet. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or until light brown. Caution! These burn easily on the bottoms. Roll in icing sugar immediately after taking them out of the oven. |
