Alternate brown and white breads to make thin sandwiches (use a rolling pin to lightly flatten your bread if it is too puffy). You can make multi-lyayer sandwiches if your bread is thin enough. These are nibbles, not Dagwood sandwiches. Slice into fancy shapes using a knife or create elaborate sandwiches with cookie cutters. Cut small enough that they are at most two bites. |
