Kay's Sausage Rolls
Grate potato and mix with sausage meat. Roll pastry into a long rectangle. Arrange sausage mixture in a mound (about 1" in diameter) along the length of the pastry, like the Great Wall of China. Roll pastry around sausage, sticking the edge down with water. Cut the long tube into 1" sections, laying each section flat on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until done. |
