The Road To Hell Is Paved With Good Intentions

A nice refreshing end to a fancy dinner - rich, but not too heavy

Fill opaque ramekins about 2/3 full of hot Chocolate Pudding. Cover each with 3 large spoonfuls of heavy or double cream, enough so that you can't see the pudding anymore. Serve immediately.

This is good cold, but more "hellish" when the cream is cold and the pudding is hot.

Rosie suggests: A delicious but not at all elegant alternative is to combine big spoonfuls of hot chocolate pudding and ice cream (vanilla or coffee are best). Eat quickly before the ice cream melts.
