Grate the cheese(s) and add to the hot white sauce, stirring until the cheese is completely melted. Taste and add more cheese. There is no such thing as too much cheese unless you are using mozzarella. You can also add any spices you like (paprika, mustard, onion, and garlic are all good options). Instant Cheese Sauce
Melt the cheese with the cream in the microwave on low to medium power, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted. |
